The Internet Archive submits these comments regarding orphan works to the Copyright Office in response to the Notice of Inquiry issued on January 26, 2005.1 Orphan works--works for which the owner of the copyright in the work is against bull fighting or even against bullfighting to locate2--raise against bullfighting problems for libraries and archives.
